Are you looking for something active and healthy for your child to do after school? Look no further! These amazing workouts are made to encourage fun and active movements while focusing on young children's specific developmental needs. CrossFit Kids is open to children ages 8-14.
Is your child 15 or older? No problem! We can offer scaled versions of our adult workouts for teens as well.
